Anxiety is a plague in our lives. It shows up when we least expect it and invades daily activities and special occasions. Anxiety takes from the presence of other more desired emotions. Anxiety is also what keeps us in the events of the past or fear of the future. Anxiety uses our personal power to attempt to control situations or emotions of others that we never had power over to begin with.
Using mindfulness, we work to bring your body into the present. Then with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) we work to release the powerful negative emotions that keep anxiety active in your daily life; restoring a sense of felt safety to your body.
