Pain hurts. Emotional pain can present as physical pain, but physical pain enhances any emotional pain we are experiencing. Physical pain make stress management harder and interrupts the enjoyment of our families and our lives. 

CBT Chronic Pain management seeks to restore the balance between the pain faced daily with chronic conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and Fibromyalgia. There are consistent activities and behaviors you can engage in that lower daily pain levels. It also changes the way you think about pain, which in turn leads to having more control over your pain, whether emotional or physical.
