Rates:
$200 per 55-minute session for individual counseling, to include EMDR
$200 per 50-minute session for couples counseling (This service is NOT covered by insurance.)
EMDR Consultation:
$100 per hour of individual consultation toward EMDR Certification
$50 per hour of group consultation toward EMDR Certification
LMFT Supervision:
$100 per weekly 45 minute supervision session toward Oklahoma Licensure
Payment accepted:
If using insurance all copays/coinsurances are due at the beginning of session. Payment is made for all services via a credit card securely stored electronically.
I do NOT file insurance claims for plans I am NOT a participating provider in. I will provide you a Superbill to use your out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a 48-hour advance notice requirement for cancellations. Cancellations for Monday sessions should be provided by Friday of the previous week. If session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attended you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
